Recently, the list of provincial excellent stories featuring the activity of building a more civilized cyberspace was made public. GZU has two stories included in the list: Telling Good Stories in the Internet Era by Xishan Network and Culture Studio of GZU, and Showcase the Youth Spirit and Spread the Charm of Culture by Zhang Mengrou, faculty of the Department of Dance, College of Music of GZU.

For the sake of building a more civilized and well-regulated cyberspace, all internet users are called upon to become a better netizen. To this end, this activity was jointly held by the Cyberspace Office of Guizhou CPC Committee, Guizhou Office of Cultural-ethical Building, Guizhou Department of Education, Guizhou Trade Unions, Guizhou Communist Youth League Organization, and Guiyang Central Sub-branch of the People’s Bank of China. Over 300 stories on building a more civilized and well-regulated cyberspace were collected and 50 of them stood out after rigorous procedures including individual submission, recommendation of the authorities, preliminary review, and expert review.
