On November 25, the employment and entrepreneurship conference for graduates of higher education in 2023 was held in Guizhou. With a breakout session being set up at Guizhou University, all the faculty in charge of employment attended the conference.

Zhan Yong, deputy director of the Education Department, gave a brief introduction to the employment and entrepreneurship work in 2022, and made arrangements for the employment work in 2023. He stressed that great efforts should be paid in such aspects as organizational leadership, employment-oriented education, education reform and employment monitoring, etc.

Linghu Caitao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guizhou University, made a speech at the conference. She summarized the employment work of Guizhou University in 2022, and put forward work plan for 2023. She stressed that Guizhou University would be responsive to informatization of employment work, creation of employment positions, release of employment information, training and employment, and the standardized management of employment statistics, etc..

Zhang Hua, director of College Employment Office of Provincial Department of Education, read out the list of advanced collectives and advanced individuals in employment work of 2022. The Admission and Employment Department and eight people of Guizhou University were awarded the honorary title.
