On the morning of March 8th, the Faculty Union of GZU held fun activities for faculty and staff to celebrate International Women’s Day at the Stadium on the west campus. The theme of the event was “Women Advancing in the New Era and Creating New Splendors”. Luo Changjiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC GZU Committee, attended the event and Fang Ren, Executive Vice Chairman of the Faculty Union, presided over the activity. More than 400 female faculty and staff members participated.

Luo Changjiang expressed holiday greetings to all female faculty and staff, and on behalf of the university, extended sincere congratulations and best wishes to them.

The fun activities included a variety of games, such as “Frantic Hands and Feet”, “Penguin Walk”, “Sharing Your Ideas and Mood”, and “Special Rope Jumping”. The event was lively and showcased the spirit of solidarity, cooperation, and positivity among the female faculty and staff. It also deepened emotional exchanges communication and enhanced friendships among the faculty and staff.
